Individual contributions
You can help us improve the lives of the children in rural Africa who badly need education and health care! Even the smallest financial donation or effort can make a big difference for these children.
You can already become a private donor to FAY Foundation starting from € 5, - a month. If you would rather not donate monthly , you could choose to donate a one-off amount to your liking. Your donation will be used to realize the first project, i.e. renovating and modernizing Ezi Secondary Commercial School in Nigeria.
FAY Foundation relies solely on contributions by volunteers and private bodies. This means that every euro will be spent to the direct benefit the children.
Even if you do not contribute money or time, you can still support Africa’s children! Tell as many people as possible about our Foundation and this website and you will increase the scope of our organisation to the public. Making more people aware of the situation of disadvantaged children in Africa increases public support for our projects and can thus result in a brighter future for more children!
Communities and organisations
Don’t you think it would be fun to organise an action with your school of community to help the kids in Africa? Let's do it! We could put up a school run, sell products, or do anything else that you can think of that allows you to collect money for your age mates in Africa.
FAY Foundation can help you develop your plan. Just let us know your ideas by sending an email, and we will see how to make it work!
FAY Foundation also has contacts with PVTSS in Pendembu, Sierra Leone. You and your classmates can become pen pals with the kids at the school in Pendembu. Write them about your country, your family and your own school. FAY Foundation will make sure that the letters get to Pendembu and that you will get a reply. This way you can make friends in Africa and at the same time find out about their school, their homes, their food, their hobbies, and much more!
To return the favour of writing letters, FAY Foundation can provide interesting lectures in class so that you can all find out about the daily life of your age mates in Africa! It is a lot of fun and you learn at the same time.
